We want you to enjoy your experience with Hellion Toys and to be overjoyed with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right and that you may wish to sadly return it to us.
The only items we can refund at the moment are damaged or faulty items or those from the ‘in stock section’ of our shop. Custom toys are made to order and unique to you and therefore not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Faulty Toys
In the highly unlikely event that a product you purchase from us arrives faulty or damaged, it will be addressed promptly.
If a toy you have purchased from us is unfortunately received as damaged, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will reply with instructions on how to return damaged item[s] to us within 48 hours and we will happily arrange a replacement.
If an item you purchase from us is faulty, notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt that the toys are faulty. We will reply with instructions on how to return faulty toys to us within 48 hours and we will happily arrange a replacement.
If you buy an item and are not happy with its condition in the first six months, we will pay for it to be returned to us for inspection or repair for free.
If you have any worries about a toy past six months after purchase, please do just drop us a line. We are happy to do an MOT or fix and replace service on any item. You will only have to cover the costs of return.
On both of these services, the guarantee obviously excludes faults or damage that has occurred as a result from usage not following our manufacturing guidelines. If an item is returned to us and we find it to have been damaged through misuse, we will invoice you the cost of an item being assessed and repaired.
You will need to securely package the item for return following the postage service providers guidelines. Please do not organise the return of damaged or faulty item[s] yourself as we are unable to refund postage costs.
